Kindness is just something that is repaid by happiness. Everyone in this world has trouble. So helping them is a form of kindness. One way of helping is by monetary donation. Singapore has been trying to raise funds for those who are sick and poor to pay for their medical bills. Shows like the "Kidney Foundation Charity Show" involve the televison stars who perform dangerous stunts to encourage people to donate.

The National Kidney Foundation has approached the schools in Singapore for donations. Since 1997, Loyang Primary School is one of the schools that have been contributing to the organisation. We achieved the Gold award in 1997 and 1998, followed by the Platinum award in 1999 and 2000. As sharing is part of our school culture, we will continue to contribute to the organisation.
